We take our review process seriously. Here’s how it works:

Research first. Before we write anything, we study the product specifications in detail — materials, construction, certifications (like CertiPUR-US for foams), warranty terms, sleep trial policies, and return conditions. We also analyze verified customer reviews across multiple platforms to understand real-world performance over time.

Hands-on testing where possible. Our team personally tests products for extended periods — at minimum 30 nights for mattresses, and several weeks for pillows, bedding, and accessories. We test across different sleep positions and body types.

Honest scoring.Every product gets evaluated across the same criteria: comfort and feel, support and alignment, durability, value for money, temperature regulation, and ease of purchase and return. No product gets a pass just because the commission is higher.

Regular updates. The sleep industry moves fast — new models launch, prices change, brands update their formulas. We revisit our top articles every few months to make sure the information is still accurate.
