    What to expect when you contact us

    We aim to reply to all messages within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). If you contact us over the weekend, we’ll get back to you by Tuesday at the latest.

    We read every message personally. You won’t get an automated response that ignores your actual question.

    What we can help with

    Reader questions If you’re trying to decide between two mattresses, not sure which pillow firmness suits side sleepers, or wondering whether a weighted blanket is right for you, ask us. We enjoy these questions and we’ll do our best to give you a genuinely useful answer, not just a link to one of our articles.


    Corrections and feedback Found a price that’s out of date? A product that’s been discontinued? A recommendation that doesn’t match your real-world experience? Please tell us. We’d rather know and fix it than leave inaccurate information up.


    Partnership and brand enquiries We occasionally accept product samples for review consideration. We do not accept payment for positive reviews or guaranteed placements. If you’re a brand that understands and respects editorial independence, we’re happy to have a conversation.

    A few things we can't do

    We want to be upfront about our limitations too:

    • 1) We are not sleep doctors or medical professionals. We can’t give you medical advice about sleep disorders, back conditions, or health-related sleep issues. For those questions, please speak with your doctor.
    • 2) We can’t influence retailers if you’ve had a problem with an order or a return, the retailer’s customer service team is the right place to go.
    • 3) We can’t review every product request, though we do keep a list of what readers are asking about when we plan new content.
